چکیده

28 Cadmium and lead accumulate in the deciduous teeth of children with celiac disease or food allergies Abstract The objective of this study was to examine the relative levels of cadmium, lead and calcium in deciduous teeth of children with celiac disease or food allergies from an industrial area of Poland compared to healthy controls. Using flame atomic absorption spectrometry it was found that children with celiac disease and food allergies had significantly higher lead/calcium and cadmium/calcium ratios in deciduous teeth than healthy controls.
